The Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, which may include personal information (collectively, the “Information”).

Contact Information. We collect your contact information on our Sites when you voluntarily provide it to us. For example, you may disclose contact information to us via the “Contact Us” link on our Sites, submit information by mail, telephone, or electronically, when signing up for newsletters, alerts, whitepapers, legal insights and other marketing communications, or when you register to attend an event or program. Contact Information may include first name, last name, e-mail address, postal address, employer, telephone number and other information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you.

Job Applicant Information. If you apply for a position at PMC via the Sites, you may provide us with Contact Information in addition to a resume, employment history, and education and qualification details.

Geolocation Information. Certain features and functionalities of our Sites are based on your location. In order to provide these features and functionalities while you are using a mobile device, we may, with your consent, automatically collect geolocation information from your mobile device or wireless carrier and/or certain third-party service providers. You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocation Information, in which case we may not be able to provide certain features or functionalities to you.

How We Use and Share Information

The Information is used by PMC for the purpose for which it was collected and in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.  These functions include operation, maintenance and improvements to the Sites, solicitation of your feedback, responding to your requests and questions, evaluating job applications, and informing you about our firm and services.

Aggregated Data. We may analyze your personal information in aggregate form which does not identify you personally (“Aggregated Data”). The Aggregated Data may be used to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Sites, shared with our affiliates, agents, and business partners, and otherwise used and disclosed for lawful business purposes.

Service Providers/Vendors. Like many businesses, we hire other companies to perform certain business-related services. Accessing and Modifying Personal Information and Communication Preferences

Upon request to we will provide you with confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal information, and have the information communicated to you within a reasonable time.
